About the Role

We are seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Developer to build and maintain features across our AI-powered marketplace platform. You will work on a Node.js backend and Next.js/React frontend, integrating AI agents and LLM capabilities while shipping features for enterprise customers in the workforce housing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful API endpoints using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop frontend features and components with Next.js and React, serving 50K+ users.
• Write and optimize MySQL database queries and manage schema changes.
• Implement complex business logic and multi-step workflows across the platform.
• Integrate AI agents and LLM capabilities using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build and deploy serverless applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–7 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Experience building applications with React and Next.js serving 50K+ users.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, including writing queries and understanding schema design.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
• Experience with LLMs or AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
