Full-Stack Software Engineer (Agentic Systems)

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team in Kochi or Bangalore. This role focuses on building scalable, production-grade agentic AI workflows using Java and modern JS frameworks.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize RESTful services (Java/Spring Boot) for multi-agent orchestration and develop UIs (Angular/Ionic).
• Integrate advanced AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Antigravity to enhance development velocity.
• Create Agentic Development Environments that automate code generation and refactoring.
• Develop Safety Harnesses to benchmark agent-generated code for security and performance.
• Arschitect RAG & State Management systems (Context Engineering) for high-fidelity code generation.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, latency optimization, and cost-efficiency using semantic caching.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of full-stack experience with a focus on AI-driven systems.
• Mastery of algorithmic thinking, problem-solving, and system design principles (SDLC).
• Deep understanding of multi-agent architectures and task coordination patterns.
• Proven ability to build production-grade apps end-to-end using Agentic AI tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Open Source models, and inference engines is a plus.
