Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer at Codeyoung, a global EdTech company dedicated to transforming education. You will build scalable, high-performance web applications and contribute to cutting-edge educational products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications serving students globally.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks for an intuitive user experience.
• Create robust back-end services and RESTful APIs to support core educational platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and QA engineers in an Agile environment.
• Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and maintain high availability for our users.
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to industry standards like DRY and SOLID principles.
• Troubleshoot production issues quickly using your debugging skills with Node.js ecosystems.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer in an agile team environment.
• Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript for building dynamic applications.
• Proficiency with React.js or Next.js to create fast, server-side rendered interfaces.
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, integrating third-party services seamlessly.
• Solid understanding of HTML5/CSS3 for creating responsive, accessible designs across devices.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL solutions like MongoDB.
• Versatility using Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
