Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in C#/.NET or Java to design AI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will build scalable applications, develop autonomous AI agents, implement MCP servers for model integration, and create reusable AI skills aligned with Project Elevate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack apps using .NET/ASP.NET Core or Java/Spring Boot.
• Create APIs, microservices, and responsive UIs.
• Develop MCP servers connecting LLMs to enterprise tools via structured/unstructured data (RAG).
• Orchestrate AI agents for reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step tasks.
• Build an AI harness covering prompt management, model routing, guardrails, observability, and evaluation.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with 2-4 years of software development experience.
• Strong skills in C#/.NET or Java stacks (REST APIs, Entity Framework/Hibernate).
• Familiarity with React/Angular and OOP design patterns.
• Mandatory expertise: MCP implementation, AI agents, agentic frameworks, RAG/vector DBs, and responsible AI practices.
