Full Stack Engineer - Accenture, Bengaluru

Accenture is seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met. Your responsibilities will include facilitating discussions, guiding the development process, and engaging in strategic planning to enhance application performance and user experience. You will also ensure stakeholder alignment with project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure performance.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Experience in Account Payable (AP) processes and integration with MM modules.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with integration of SAP modules.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience, with at least 5 years specifically in SAP FI CO Finance. This position is based in Hyderabad. A full-time education of 15 years is required.
