Project Role: Full Stack Engineer

Responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end system features, from user experience to backend code. Utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help clients improve their services. Leverage new technologies to solve challenging business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset.

Must have skills: Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Angular.

Good to have skills: NA

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required.

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Mandatory: To work from the client Bengaluru office 3 days a week. Must have Spring Boot and Angular experience. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.

Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to the overall project strategy will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with client needs and expectations.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Angular.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
