Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and intuitive frontend interfaces built with React.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices in a collaborative environment.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient code adhering to industry standards and documenting solutions effectively.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, backend/frontend teams, and stakeholders to deliver robust software solutions.
• Performance Optimisation: Identify bottlenecks and enhance scalability for our financial platforms.
• Debugging: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across full-stack components.
• Testing: Execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development (preferred 6-8 years).
• Expert proficiency in Java/Golang with frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Docker), Kubernetes, Jaeger for tracing, and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
