Full Stack Engineer - Bangalore

Apptile is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative platform, contributing to a product that revolutionizes app development for micro-entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development and Engineering:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust frontend and backend components of the Apptile platform.
• Build and scale RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing Node.js and modern development frameworks.
• Create responsive and high-performance user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Manage database interactions (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), focusing on efficient data modeling and query optimization.
• Uphold high standards for code quality, reliability, and maintainability across the entire technology stack.

System Design and Technical Execution:

• Actively participate in system design discussions for comprehensive end-to-end feature development.
• Architect and implement API contracts, intricate data flows, and effective integration patterns.
• Contribute significantly to architectural reviews and critical technical decision-making processes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical debt and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system efficiency.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and overall reliability.

Cloud and Infrastructure Management:

• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for application deployment and scaling.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and sophisticated automated testing frameworks.
• Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and manage error tracking systems.
• Embrace and contribute to best practices in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Cross-functional Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Mobile, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Effectively manage and support multiple project initiatives while adapting to evolving business priorities.
• Contribute expertise across different teams and problem domains as business needs shift.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative learning environment, and actively participate in code reviews.
