Full Stack Engineer

About This Role

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer - AI Trainer to join their global community of over 100,000 professionals. In this role, you will help train state-of-the-art AI chatbots and models by solving complex coding problems, building functional applications, and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Create diverse programming tasks to test and refine AI systems.
• Develop high-quality code snippets in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C++, Java, Go, or other supported languages.
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide detailed feedback that shapes the next generation of adaptive AI models.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual fluency in English with excellent writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language or framework.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Engineer, or Programmer is preferred but not strictly mandatory for entry-level paths.
