Full Stack Engineer - AI Trainer in Delhi

DataAnnotation is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our AI training team. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity offering a flexible schedule and competitive pay, with the chance to work on impactful AI development projects.

As an AI Trainer with DataAnnotation, you will collaborate closely with state-of-the-art AI models. Your responsibilities will include crafting and solving complex coding challenges, developing functional applications, and analyzing data to refine intelligent systems. This role is ideal for those looking to supplement a full-time career or dedicate themselves to impactful AI work on their own terms.

Our streamlined onboarding process involves a short assessment, after which successful candidates gain access to paid project opportunities through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and solve diverse coding problems for AI system training.
• Produce clear, high-quality code snippets and comprehensive explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide critical feedback to influence the development of next-generation AI models.

Qualifications:

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience in Software Development, Coding, Software Engineering, or Programming is preferred.
