Full Job Description
Accellor is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with at least 6 months of experience in building production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent systems. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement complex, end-to-end solutions, encompassing frontend, backend, AI orchestration, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also contribute to mentoring teams in the development of AI-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications utilizing modern frontend and backend frameworks.
- Architect and implement multi-agent AI systems using popular frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or MAF.
- Build AI-native applications that integrate agentic workflows, traditional machine learning models, and rule-based systems.
- Develop scalable frontend applications with React, Next.js, and micro-frontend SPA architectures.
- Create robust backend services using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot / Kotlin), GraphQL, tRPC, and REST APIs.
- Design and implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers optimized for AI-driven user experiences.
- Ensure seamless integrations between frontend, backend, AI services, and enterprise systems.
- Champion best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalability across the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in technical roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience building Agentic AI or multi-agent applications.
- Proficient frontend development skills, including React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Java (Spring Boot / Kotlin).
- Practical experience with agent frameworks and AI orchestration patterns.
- Familiarity with BFF design patterns and API gateway configurations.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
