- Drac: Our flagship product, an AI-driven growth automation platform that expertly builds, launches, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta. It seamlessly integrates WhatsApp customer communications as a core channel. Drac is targeted towards mid-market companies and their supporting agencies, with a whitelabel offering available. The product is USD-priced, has active customers, and processes real ad spend daily.
- Helpexa: An embeddable AI support widget designed to enhance customer service. This solution, implemented with a single line of code, integrates an AI agent grounded in a company's specific knowledge base onto any website. Helpexa is multilingual, self-serve, and designed with a Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach. It has launched and is preparing for an imminent marketing push.
Both products are currently in production. Drac represents our primary strategic focus, receiving the most significant engineering investment. It's a high-ticket, high-leverage product sold into US and EU markets by our India-based team. Helpexa, our sister product, is an ecosystem-focused offering with a lower risk profile.

The Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will contribute across our entire technology stack, encompassing a React/TypeScript client, a Node.js backend, and a Python/FastAPI AI engine. This engine interacts directly with Google and Meta APIs, powered by numerous dedicated expert AI agents designed to streamline campaign creation, monitoring, and improvement processes. The work is genuinely stimulating, covering areas such as campaign orchestration, real-time metrics synchronization, dayparting, UTM tracking, budget pacing, policy compliance, and the development of dedicated AI agents. You will have the opportunity to engage with all these facets of the platform.
What You'll Work On
- Building and maintaining campaign publishing workflows for Google Ads and Meta (Facebook + Instagram).
- Integrating with Google Ads API (campaigns, ad groups, RSAs, ad schedules, sitelinks, geo targeting).
- Integrating with Meta Marketing API (campaigns, ad sets, creatives, CAPI).
- Developing AI-assisted campaign generation and monitoring using LangChain/LangGraph pipelines.
- Building React dashboards with real-time metrics, breakdowns, and reporting, utilizing the MUI component library.
- Designing MongoDB schemas for campaign documents, metrics history, and budget tracking.
- Writing Python FastAPI services for unified insights, orchestration, and platform transformations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Google Ads API: Hands-on experience with campaign management, bidding strategies, ad schedule criteria, ValueTrack parameters, and error handling (policy findings, rate limits).
- Meta Marketing API: Experience with ad creation, targeting, CAPI server-side events, and special ad categories.
- Python: Proficiency in FastAPI, Pydantic v2, and async/await patterns.
- Node.js: Experience with Express, Mongoose, and background jobs.
- React + TypeScript: Strong understanding of component design, state management, and the MUI component library.
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LangSmith.
- Familiarity with OAuth2 flow implementation for ad platform connections.
- Experience with MongoDB aggregation pipelines and performance indexing.
- Experience with parallel tracking and UTM parameter strategies at scale.
- Familiarity with Google Ads ValueTrack parameters and Meta Conversions API (CAPI).

Who You Are
You possess production experience integrating with at least one of the Google Ads API or Meta Marketing API, demonstrating a deep understanding of their nuances, error codes, rate limits, and policy intricacies. You write clean, efficient, and non-over-engineered code. You are adept at diagnosing and resolving issues by analyzing logs without requiring explicit direction.
