Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive software solutions across the full technology stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Implement, test, and deploy applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Actively participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Collaborate effectively with development teams based in Sweden and India to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers.
• Engage in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

System Architecture & Performance Optimization

• Design and implement scalable and efficient systems aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize application performance for responsiveness and reliability under diverse conditions.
• Contribute to critical architectural decisions, including technology selection and system design enhancements.

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Provide third-level support to the production team in Sweden, resolving critical issues and ensuring system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
• Ensure strict adherence to security standards, data protection policies, and regulatory requirements.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to boost development efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities
