Full Stack Development

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Full Stack Engineer to architect and develop complex, highly available distributed systems on AWS. You will utilize Go, Python, and Node.js within Kubernetes-based environments like EKS and OpenShift. This role involves working closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, well-tested systems while contributing to engineering best practices and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop distributed, high-availability microservices using Go, Python, and Node.js.
• Maintain automation pipelines for CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning (Terraform/IaC), testing, and operations on EKS/OpenShift.
• Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions to ensure scalability, security, and resilience.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of software engineering experience with significant exposure to distributed systems fundamentals (consistency, fault tolerance, service mesh).
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python; working knowledge of Node.js for polyglot environments.
• Hands-on AWS architecture expertise including container orchestration on EKS.
• Experience operating workloads on Red Hat OpenShift as an enterprise Kubernetes platform.

AI-Assisted Development (Required)

You must demonstrate active use of AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) across the full lifecycle: design, coding, testing, and documentation. You will adhere to responsible AI standards for security scanning and validation.
