Full stack developer

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated freshers for an entry-level Full Stack Developer position. This role offers hands-on experience with React and PHP under the mentorship of senior developers, ideal for those aiming to build a robust career in web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop real-time project modules including CRUD operations and filtering logic as part of screening tasks.
• Create responsive UI designs ensuring accuracy across devices while maintaining clean code structure.
• Participate in agile code reviews to ensure high-quality output within deadlines.
• Demonstrate continuous learning by applying new tools, technologies, and concepts to development challenges.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completion with basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ownership of a personal laptop is required for hybrid remote work from Chennai or home offices.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively in both Tamil and English.
• Eagerness to upskill specifically in React frameworks and PHP backend technologies during the training period.

Candidate Preferences

• Submission of a mini-project or GitHub portfolio is highly preferred to showcase practical skills.
• A positive learning attitude, confidence, and strong interest in full-time web development careers are essential soft skills.
• Commitment to completing the entire training duration without interruption.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on skills).
