About This Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Engineering function within Channels & Products in Pune. You will design, develop, test, and own end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Key focus areas include UI/UX excellence, API development, system reliability, and translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Product Owners to deliver software solutions aligned with business needs in the telecom sector.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture for responsive web applications.
• Build visually appealing front-end interfaces using modern UI/UX principles (React.js, HTML, CSS).
• Develop robust back-end services using Node.js and manage databases like PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Create secure APIs and ensure seamless integration across the lifecycle.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot applications to maintain optimal functionality in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Prepare technical documentation including integration guides and data mappings.

Who You Are

• A technology professional with 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficient in React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experienced in Node.js back-end development.
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eager to grow within a collaborative Agile environment valued by Vodafone Group Plc.
