About the Role
Join us at Google Operations Center! As a Full Stack Developer Senior Specialist, you will design and architect solutions to automate critical business processes. You'll review work from other solution providers and build scalable systems across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Build, design, and architect automation frameworks for new ideas.
- Determine automation opportunities to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
- Define guidelines for building new tools and automations with a long-term view.
- Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency across business areas.
- Monitor completion of development tasks within automation projects.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong problem-solving approach with the ability to absorb complex technical concepts.
- 6+ years in technology, including frontend development, dashboards, reporting, scripting, databases, etc., delivering end-to-end solutions.
- 3+ years building business automation products/tools using RPA, AI/ML, GCP, or similar technologies.
- 4+ years of experience in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.
Preferred:
- Experience with Google stack/products to automate processes.
- Knowledge of databases, REST APIs, integration, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
- Exposure to business process automation and leading teams to deliver operational solutions.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma for prioritizing automations.
