About the Role:

Medigence Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Science City, Ahmedabad. In this full-time, in-person role, you will be instrumental in building and deploying innovative full-stack features. You will leverage your expertise in Express.js, React, and Node.js, with the flexibility to develop Angular applications as project needs dictate, ensuring consistency across our technology stack. You'll also work with SQL databases, primarily MySQL, to manage project data. This position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of product features, from initial concept to final deployment, balancing rapid development with high maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy full-stack features using Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Create Angular applications when required, maintaining technical stack uniformity.
• Utilize SQL databases, specifically MySQL, for project data management.
• Manage product features from ideation through to successful deployment.
• Prioritize speed of delivery without compromising code quality and maintainability.
• Identify and implement improvements to user experience to drive key product metrics.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to address user needs effectively.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for team collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong command of Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Angular development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, with a preference for MySQL.
• A robust problem-solving aptitude and a deep understanding of development rationale.
• A proactive self-starter capable of delivering results independently.
• Product-focused thinking with an understanding of code's impact on business objectives.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently and iterate based on feedback.
• Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
