Role Overview: Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack, Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to both frontend and backend development, with a strong emphasis on React or React Native. While this is not a mobile-exclusive role, we are looking for an engineer capable of building scalable, well-structured applications and collaborating effectively across the entire technology stack. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, writing maintainable code, and actively participating in architectural and technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications across the full stack.
• Focus on frontend development using React or React Native.
• Implement backend solutions and integrate with various services.
• Collaborate on application architecture and technical strategy.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Work autonomously in a remote environment, delivering high-quality results.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React or React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with Node.js is a must-have.
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.
• A good understanding of application architecture and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver reliably.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Exposure to Python development.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows.
• Previous experience on both web and mobile projects.

What We're Looking For:

We seek a practical individual who takes ownership and thrives without constant supervision. While deep mobile specialization isn't required, strong foundational software engineering skills and the ability to build across diverse systems are paramount.

Work Location: Remote

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
