Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

Katpro Technologies is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the end-to-end development and maintenance of sophisticated full-stack applications specifically designed for healthcare SaaS platforms. You will be instrumental in crafting responsive user interfaces using contemporary front-end frameworks, and developing robust backend services and APIs that power our applications. A key aspect of this position will be integrating with third-party healthcare systems and APIs, including EHR/EMR integrations, while ensuring strict adherence to healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA and FHIR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications for healthcare SaaS platforms.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs to support application functionality.
• Integrate third-party healthcare systems and APIs (EHR/EMR integrations).
• Ensure applications comply with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and FHIR where applicable.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD implementation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python Django.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong database knowledge with systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of security best practices in healthcare applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with healthcare applications, EHR/EMR systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
