Role Overview:
The candidate will execute medium-to-high complex project tasks as an individual contributor to generate high-quality deliverables on-time using defined processes and standards within the Windows software stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, design, develop, modify, and deploy software components across the full Windows stack.
- Write effective, reusable code adhering to best practices.
- Perform unit testing, verification, and validation of developed code.
- Create technical documents and handbooks accurately representing application design.
Required Skills:
- 5-8 years experience in Python-based software development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on REST API/backend service development using Flask.
- Fully developed end-to-end full-stack web applications.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and API integration.
- 2+ years developing AI/LLM-powered applications with RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and LangChain/LangGraph expertise.
