Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Senior Software Engineer) with strong Python skills for our Bengaluru office. The role involves designing scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing modern tools like AI coding assistants.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance UI applications using React and TypeScript.
Develop efficient algorithms and data structures for backend logic in Python/FastAPI.
Ensure application quality by troubleshooting defects and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with designers and developers to ship new features via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Github Actions).
Maintain code standards through active participation in peer reviews.

Required Skills:

Must Have: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS/Shadcn/UI, Python/FastAPI, SQL/Databases, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Github Actions), and comfort with AI coding assistants.
Good to Have: TanStack Table, Redux Toolkit, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Enterprise SSO.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 6-10 years of relevant software development experience.
