Programming Com is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js for their Bengaluru office. This role involves developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components of applications, with a focus on creating robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using NodeJS and React Native.
• Design and implement Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Build and manage microservices architecture.
• Utilize cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for application deployment and management.
• Work with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL.
• Design and develop serverless applications.
• Apply SOLID principles and design patterns in software development.
• Utilize modern developer tools for effective debugging.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional agile teams.
• Employ innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with NodeJS and React Native.
• Proficiency in PWA development, and Android and iOS application development.
• Experience in microservices development.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Experience with RDBMS technologies, including MySQL.
• Experience in designing and developing serverless applications.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and Design patterns.
• Proficiency in debugging using modern Dev Tools.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with Unit tests and code reviews.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Java and ReactJS.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
