Full Stack Developer

Python

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern development practices.
• Experience building maintainable, production-grade backend services and REST APIs (preferably using FastAPI).
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, type hints, exception handling, dependency management, and application architecture.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using tools such as pytest.
• Ability to debug, profile, and optimize Python applications.

Generative AI

• Hands-on experience building and integrating Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector search, and grounding techniques.
• Familiarity with leading GenAI frameworks, model providers, orchestration tools, responsible AI practices, security, and cost optimization.

React.js

• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience building responsive, maintainable web applications with component-based architecture.
• Familiarity with state management, hooks, routing, frontend performance optimization, and testing practices.

MongoDB

• Hands-on experience designing document schemas, writing queries/aggregation pipelines, optimizing indexes, and integrating MongoDB with Python using PyMongo/Motor.

Docker & CI/CD

• Create secure Dockerfiles, use Docker Compose for orchestration, and design automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) for code quality checks, testing, builds, and deployments.

General Engineering

• Strong Git/code-review practices, Linux environment experience, observability/logging expertise, and strong problem-solving skills to design scalable solutions.
