Full Stack Developer

About the role: This position involves working with enterprise software where you own features from the screen through the API and data, supporting systems for client companies. You will work across Python and Node.js to harden infrastructure and integrate AI into products.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features from database to UI.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Own the frontend development ensuring product speed and reliability (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js).
• Set up and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, environments, monitoring, deployments, secrets management, logging, and scaling on AWS or GCP.
• Prompt engineering for production: integrate AI where it adds value, handling APIs, model evaluation, cost optimization, and latency reduction (LLMs, RAG, vector databases).
• Write clean code, tests, and documentation enabling peer deployment without tickets.

You'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience shipping production software as a full-stack developer.
• Solid proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Expertise in databases, authentication, API design, and frontend frameworks (React/Next.js).
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience with containers, networking basics, CI/CD, Docker, and production debugging.
• Practical application of AI models in real products beyond coursework.
