Full Stack Developer

About Us: Transnational AI is a technology-driven platform company building next-generation AI-powered digital marketplaces, financial exchanges, and intelligent automation systems across industries such as insurance, employment, and financial services.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and scale AI-driven applications. You will take ownership of both backend and frontend systems, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend (Python / FastAPI): Architect and develop scalable, high-performance APIs using FastAPI. Design microservices-based systems and distributed architectures. Optimize backend for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement secure authentication systems (JWT, OAuth2). Lead database design (PostgreSQL / MongoDB) and query optimization.
• Frontend (React / TypeScript): Build complex, high-performance SPAs using React + TypeScript. Architect frontend structure and enforce best practices. Implement advanced state management (Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand). Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions. Mentor junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features. Drive code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask)
• React.js + TypeScript
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design & system architecture
• Asynchronous programming (async/await)
• Database design (SQL & NoSQL)
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI)
• Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering
• Experience with Web Sockets / real-time systems
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and scalable deployments
• Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
