Full Stack Developer — Python

About This Role

Millennium is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong Python expertise to design and deliver complex applications, backend integrations, and user experiences supporting Capital Development and Investor Relations workflows. You will integrate AI-driven capabilities into modern software solutions while building scalable enterprise apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, integrations, and APIs using Python.
• Build scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications supporting Capital Development and Investor Relations processes.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrating internal and third-party systems.
• Develop UI features as needed to support business workflows.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL (complex queries, stored procedures).
• Execute the full software development lifecycle from design through production support.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing Python-based applications.
• Ensure applications are performant, scalable, maintainable, secure, and responsive.
• Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback.
• Support the integration of AI capabilities into business applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• +5 years professional software development experience with strong Python expertise.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and enterprise apps using modern Python frameworks.
• Strong experience designing scalable application integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• REST API proficiency (SOAP beneficial).
• Hands-on with GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, and DevOps best practices.
• Understanding of Lean/Agile methodologies.
• Mechanism to document technical requirements and solution designs effectively.
• Ability to integrate machine-learning models via APIs.

Nice-to-Have

• C# and .NET ecosystem experience.
• Front-end development using Angular or React.
• Prior support for Capital Development/Investor Relations functions.
• Dynamo Software or Salesforce integration experience.
