Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer proficient in building robust web applications. This role involves working with React.js for the frontend and Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask) or PHP (Laravel, Core PHP) for the backend. The ideal candidate will manage the entire development lifecycle, from API integration and database management to delivering high-quality, maintainable code in a dynamic IT setting. You will be part of a team led by a Team Lead managing over 20 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
• Build and maintain backend APIs using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask) and PHP (Laravel / Core PHP).
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs.
• Design and manage relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Debug, test, and maintain existing codebases.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, testers, and fellow developers.
• Deploy and manage applications on Linux servers, with a preference for AWS experience.

Required Skills

Frontend

• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Skilled in API integration and form handling.

Backend

• Python: Django / FastAPI / Flask.
• PHP: Laravel / Core PHP.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with authentication methods such as JWT, OAuth, or session-based authentication.

Database & Tools

• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Git / GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman / Swagger.
• Basic DevOps understanding (Nginx, Apache) is beneficial. CI/CD knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, travel, or SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of AWS and Ubuntu server deployment.
• Familiarity with Docker is optional.
• Understanding of system design principles and scalability considerations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Experience Level

Mid-Level / Senior candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
