Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Player-Coach) for one or two client accounts. You will own the architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment from requirements to production release. This role requires strong technical judgment; you must solve problems with recommendations rather than waiting for permission.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the most senior technical person on assigned accounts, owning releases until they are proven in production.
• Mentor 2-4 engineers through structured code reviews and honest feedback to raise quality standards.
• Demonstrate direct client communication skills by explaining architecture and tradeoffs without translation layers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years building enterprise web applications in C#/.NET (modern .NET 8/9 & legacy).
• Expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework/Core.
• Solid frontend skills with React, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Azure cloud experience including App Service, Functions, SQL, Key Vault, and Blob Storage.
• Demonstrable ability to build CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
