Full Stack Developer - H J Real Estates

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks and robust backend development. You will be instrumental in building responsive user interfaces, creating efficient APIs, and managing databases effectively. Collaboration with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Backend & API Development

• Develop and integrate REST APIs for frontend consumption.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, session-based).
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.

Database Management

• Design and manage database schemas.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
• Write optimized queries and implement indexing strategies for performance.

Collaboration & Code Quality

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver product features.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.

DevOps & Deployment

• Work with Git-based version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
• Contribute to deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud-based development workflows.
• Support deployments on platforms such as AWS, Vercel, Azure, or GCP.

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with React.js
• Hands-on experience with Next.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar)
• Knowledge of responsive design and frontend performance optimization

Backend

• Strong experience with Node.js
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js or Nest.js
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization systems
• Knowledge of backend security practices and performance optimization

Database

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Ability to design efficient database schemas
• Understanding of query optimization, indexing, and normalization

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools
• Understanding of caching strategies, background jobs, and system design

Experience and Salary

• Minimum 3 Years of experience is required in a similar role.
• Salary: up to ₹40,000 per month (₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month).
• Work Location: In person in Patel Nagar, Delhi.
