Full Stack Developer

About the Role

XpertDox is seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to become an integral part of our App Development team. This role involves the comprehensive development, maintenance, and independent execution of scalable web applications, leveraging the powerful MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design and build robust web applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Database Management: Create and manage database schemas, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the application.
• API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Code Quality: Produce reusable, testable, and efficient code. Actively engage in code reviews to uphold the highest development standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack development is required.
• Core Stack: Demonstrated strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Mobile Development: Practical experience with React Native for developing cross-platform mobile applications.
• Database: Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL database principles.
• Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and experience with responsive design frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.
• Version Control: Competence in using Git for version control.

Additional Skills Valued

• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Experience managing AWS environments is highly desirable, with specific familiarity in:
  • Route53 for DNS management
  • CloudFront for caching and CDN services
  • AWS Secrets Manager for enhanced security
• CI/CD: Experience in establishing deployment pipelines, particularly with Bitbucket Deployment Integration.
• Big Data Handling: Proven ability to manage and optimize large volumes of data within MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Technical SEO: A strong grasp of Technical SEO principles and their implementation, including Server Side Rendering, Meta tag optimization, and dynamic sitemaps.
• React Native: Hands-on experience building Mobile Apps using React Native.
