XTEN-AV is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Noida, India. You will play a key role in building and implementing functional programs that significantly enhance our platform's capabilities. This position involves close collaboration with our dedicated Developers and Product Managers throughout the entire software development lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on delivering robust and scalable solutions. We are looking for a true team player with an exceptional eye for detail and proven problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile frameworks and popular coding languages such as Python (Django) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the entire product development process, from initial ideation through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative new features to elevate the user experience.
- Collaborate with the data team to enhance the intelligence and overall usability of our platform.
- Actively maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure peak performance.
- Uphold high standards of software quality through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience in building complex, public-facing systems utilizing multiple programming languages.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python, particularly with the Django framework, and experience with PostgreSQL.
- Exhibit familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with an innovative and proactive mindset.
- Demonstrate the capacity to embrace new challenges and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
