Role Overview
We seek an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in React.js and Node.js who leverages AI coding assistants as daily tools to ship production-grade code rapidly without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Build high-performance REST APIs ensuring scalability and low latency.
- Manage relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases with focus on integrity and performance.
- Implement real-time communication via Kafka, streams, and WebSockets.
- Create modular low-level design (LLD) architectures adaptable to various patterns.
- Optimize code memory management and debug live application issues effectively.
- Leverage AI coding assistants for scaffolding, debugging, refactoring, reviews, optimization, and test generation.
Required Technical Skills
- 4-6 years of experience: Proficient in React.js (hooks, state management) and Node.js.
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra with schema design expertise.
- Backend: RESTful APIs, JWT/OAuth authentication, asynchronous patterns.
- Messaging: Apache Kafka, WebSockets, Streams.
- Fundamentals: Data structures, algorithms, memory management.
- AI-Native Development: Hands-on experience with AI tools and the judgment to validate outputs critically.
Preferred Skills
- AWS or Google Cloud platform familiarity.
- Docker and Kubernetes exposure for containerization.
- Caching (Redis) and performance profiling knowledge.
Mandatory Submission Requirements:
To be considered, you must submit:
1. A working prototype: A deployed or runnable full-stack application with live link/GitHub repo.
2. AI Process Documentation: Detailed walkthrough of your AI-assisted workflow, including tools used, prompting strategies, iterations, and error correction.
