Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Khelo Tech & Strategy Pvt Ltd, operating as Allsport.in, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our team in Delhi, Delhi. This permanent, full-time position is based on-site and involves a work week from Monday to Saturday. We are looking for a developer to contribute significantly to the growth and enhancement of our sports-tech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain robust web applications, ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend. Develop efficient, reusable, and testable code.
• Backend Development (Node.js): Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. Manage database schemas and data integrity using MySQL and MongoDB. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
• Frontend Development (React.js): Create responsive and engaging user interfaces adhering to modern UX principles. Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Utilize state management tools like Redux or the Context API.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Champion clean code principles and engineering best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure product quality. Identify and resolve issues across the entire technology stack.
• CI/CD and Deployment: Establish and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Deploy applications to production and staging environments on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Monitor application performance and ensure scalability.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams. Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Provide timely updates and communicate any blockers.
• Continuous Improvement: Research and implement emerging technologies. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning initiatives.
• Security: Adhere to security best practices, including OWASP guidelines and secure coding principles. Conduct vulnerability assessments and address identified security issues.
• DevOps and Cloud Integration: Utilize Docker for containerization. Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus. Manage cloud infrastructure and serverless functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Node.js and React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD tools, and Docker.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the sports-tech domain or with real-time data applications.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP and serverless computing.
