Full Stack Developer

DeepStack Software is seeking a proactive Full-Stack Developer with a passion for end-to-end product development. This role offers the opportunity to work across backend APIs and frontend interfaces, collaborating closely with senior engineers and product stakeholders in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana, India. We are looking for individuals who have transitioned beyond tutorials, possess experience shipping production code, and are keen to refine their engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services utilizing Node.js, including RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop engaging and responsive frontend applications using React.
• Integrate and manage data across various databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Produce clean, readable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with designers and product owners to accelerate feature delivery.
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions to foster knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in building dynamic web applications.
• Solid understanding and practical application of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Proven experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or NestJS.
• Demonstrated proficiency in React, including hooks, component design patterns, and state management solutions.
• Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with version control using Git and foundational CI/CD workflows.
• A strong ability to analyze APIs, design data models, and anticipate edge cases.

Good To Have

• Experience with Next.js for enhanced React development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A foundational understanding of system design principles and performance optimization.
• Experience working within agile, small teams or startup environments.
