Full Stack Developer

RamSoft is seeking a Senior Software Developer to create clean, modern, scalable, secure, and maintainable code for SaaS-based web products. This role involves transforming ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Developers are expected to work agentically, leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for planning, writing, testing, and reviewing code. The position reports to the Software Development Manager and is an Individual Contributor role. Responsibilities include designing and building software products with AI coding agents, developing new features, implementing projects, fixing bugs, creating automated tests, performing requirements analysis, updating tracking systems, assisting other departments, participating in team meetings, and mentoring team members. Required skills include React & Javascript, .NET Core C# with microservices experience, web programming, RESTful API consumption, and hands-on experience with AI coding agents. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to a collaborative team.
