Full Stack Developer

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer on the IT Time and Attendance Team at World Wide Technology (WWT), you will build, test, and maintain processes for critical business functions. You will own integrations between HR systems like ADP and ERP platforms such as Oracle (on-premise and Cloud). This role offers a clear growth path to Senior or Lead positions within WWT's supportive global culture.

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and test applications using Vue3, Node.js, Oracle SQL, Kafka, and REST APIs aligned with business requirements.
• Deliver enhancements for timekeeping tools and manage integrations between HR/ERP ecosystems (ADP, Oracle).
• Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, integration, functional, regression, and user acceptance tests to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in Agile practices: sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives while maintaining technical documentation.
• Solve complex technical problems related to data flow between HR and ERP systems with a focus on performance and maintainability.

Qualifications:

Must have

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Full Stack development, preferably within IT/HRTech domains.
• Frontend expertise: Vue3, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
• Backend proficiency: Node.js, REST APIs, Confluent Kafka, event-based programming patterns.
• DATABASE skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with experience designing complex queries and stored procedures.
