Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Envision Next is seeking a full-time Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing technology team. You will be instrumental in enhancing and scaling our internal CRM systems and our flagship product, Briqhaus. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop robust, secure, and high-performance solutions tailored to real estate workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Build new modules and features for CRM and ERP functionalities.
- Translate business requirements from product, legal, compliance, and sales teams into effective technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, database design, and overall scalability.
- Integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways, communication tools, and government/RERA systems.
- Ensure the security, stability, and data protection of the platform.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git and standard deployment workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing SaaS products.
- Exposure to CRM/ERP systems.
- Understanding of the real estate or PropTech domain.
- Knowledge of background job processing, caching strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience Required: 2-4 years.
