Full Stack Developer (Mobile & Web) - Binary Chai, Delhi, India

Binary Chai, a Delhi-based tech and creative agency, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a focus on both mobile and web development. This is a full-time, on-site position in South Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience. We are looking for an individual ready to take ownership of the mobile application layer, leveraging Flutter, while also being proficient in web development. If you thrive on context-switching, rapid product delivery, and direct collaboration with founders, this role is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Develop robust web applications and APIs utilizing Node.js with React, or Laravel with Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on product strategy and client project execution.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from architectural design to final deployment.
• Work across various platforms including Shopify, web applications, and custom-built systems for a diverse range of clients.

Technical Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, REST APIs, and Git.
• Web Stack Experience: Demonstrated skill in either Node.js with React OR Laravel with Vue.js.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and at least one web stack.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one live application to Google Play or the App Store.
• Adaptable to a small, fast-paced agency environment.
• Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Bonus qualifications include experience with AR, WebAR, Shopify, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
