About This Full-Time Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at prilix labs. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in PHP Laravel (mandatory) and hands-on experience with the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using Laravel and technologies like MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
  • Build clean, scalable, secure APIs and backend systems for diverse projects in Kolkata.
  • Design and manage relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases including MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB/Firebase.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
  • Implement responsive front-end interfaces using React; experience with Vue.js or Next.js is a strong plus for this role in Kolkata.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, debug issues, and improve application performance across all layers.
  • Maintain code quality through adherence to best practices such as version control (Git), clean architecture patterns, and comprehensive testing strategies.
      Required Qualifications:
      1. Demonstrated experience ranging from 2–4 years in full-stack development environments.
      2. Deep proficiency in PHP Laravel framework is essential for this position.
      3. Practical application of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) in real-world scenarios.
      4. Solid understanding of database management systems covering both SQL and NoSQL solutions like MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB/Firebase.
      5. Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Next.js is an added advantage.
          Additional Skills:
          • Comprehensive knowledge of RESTful API design, authentication protocols, and web security best practices.
          • Proficiency in using Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting environments.
