Senior Full Stack Developer Opportunity in Maharashtra

Qode is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 7 to 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. This role is crucial for the design, development, and maintenance of our innovative EV Charging Management System (CMS) platform and its associated applications.

About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in crafting scalable solutions within an Agile framework. Your expertise will span front-end and back-end technologies, microservices architecture, and seamless integration with IoT-enabled EV charging infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust, and scalable applications that drive the future of electric vehicle charging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development

    Design and develop scalable web applications and APIs specifically for EV CMS platforms. Implement intuitive and responsive UI/UX for both administrative portals and customer-facing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

    Uphold high standards of code quality, maintainability, and adhere strictly to clean architecture principles throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Microservices & Integration

    Develop and maintain robust microservices using modern back-end technologies such as GoLang and .NET Core. Integrate APIs effectively with external systems and cutting-edge IoT devices essential for EV charging operations.

  • Database & Performance Optimization

    Leverage expertise with databases like Oracle 19 and SQL Server. Implement and manage caching solutions such as Redis to enhance application performance. Optimize database queries and ensure efficient, high-performance data handling.

  • DevOps & CI/CD

    Actively contribute to and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and Git workflows. Implement sophisticated automated testing and deployment strategies to streamline the release process.

  • Collaboration & Agile Delivery

    Engage actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Foster strong collaborative relationships with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Technical Proficiency Required:

  • Front-end: Angular
  • Back-end: .NET Core, GoLang, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
  • Database: Oracle, SQL Server, Redis (caching), RabbitMQ (queue management)
  • Tools & Frameworks: Azure DevOps, Git, Kubernetes, Hangfire (scheduler)
  • Protocols: Familiarity with EV domain standards such as OCPP/OCPI is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with microservices, cloud deployment environments, and complex API integrations.
  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
  • Previous experience in the EV domain or with IoT-based platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in performance profiling techniques and knowledge of security compliance standards, including OWASP guidelines.
