Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead Developer who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills. You will take full ownership of system architecture, guide our developers, and build scalable products that make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor: Guide the team through code reviews and architectural decisions; mentor junior engineers to foster growth and accountability.
• Architect & Design: Define technical direction, design secure systems from scratch, and translate complex requirements into robust solutions.
• Build & Ship: Develop full-stack applications using TypeScript/React.js, manage PostgreSQL and Redis databases, and ensure high performance and reliability while staying hands-on with code.

Your Profile:

• 6-8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development (TypeScript, Python, React.js).
• Solid expertise in system design, scalable architectures, and leading teams of 4-5 people.
• Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end with a focus on quality and execution.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Background in startup or high-growth environments.
