Full Stack Developer

Role: Full Stack Developer (Laravel & Flutter)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

About the Role:

Dhanode is a lead-to-revenue platform used by businesses across India. You will work on both sides: the Laravel backend and the Flutter mobile app.

This is not a maintenance job; whatever you build goes live in front of paying customers, usually within the same month.

Our Stack (Exact)

• Backend: Laravel 13, PHP 8.5
• Database: MySQL 9.6
• Mobile: Flutter (Dart) — Android and iOS
• Other: Node.js 22, Redis queues, REST APIs, Git
• Server: Ubuntu + Nginx, behind Cloudflare

Responsibilities

1. Take a feature from a short brief to live — you decide the database design, API structure, and app flow.
2. Build new Laravel modules: lead pipeline, automation flows, reports, roles/permissions.
3. Write clean REST APIs for authentication (Sanctum/Passport), validation, versioning, error handling.
4. Develop Flutter screens with state management, API integration, and offline handling.
5. Handle queues, cron jobs, and background workers using Redis / Horizon.
6. Push notifications with FCM — token handling, deep links, delivery status.
7. Integrate third-party services: WhatsApp Business API, Meta Graph API, payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree), Google APIs.
8. Optimize slow queries through indexing and eager loading for high-load tables.
9. Publish builds on Play Store and App Store; handle rejections and updates.
10. Mentor junior developers: review code before deployment, set timelines, and hold to them.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Laravel: 4-5+ years hands-on experience with Eloquent relations, queues, events, middleware. Must be able to demonstrate performance optimizations.
• Flutter: A live app on Play Store that you built and updated (not just UI screens).
• Databases: Strong MySQL skills including joins, indexing, transactions, query optimization.
• API Design: REST API security with tokens, rate limiting, validation, error handling.
• Flutter State Management: Provider/Riverpod/Bloc plus local storage (Hive/SQLite) and caching.
• Git & Linux: Proficient in branches/Pull Requests, comfortable managing Ubuntu servers (logs, deployment).
