Full Stack Developer

DDL Labs is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role within the Greater Kolkata Area. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our Agentic AI platform, which includes both front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our Agentic AI platform, encompassing front-end and back-end systems.
• Ship end-to-end features for agentic AI products such as lead enrichment, tender intelligence, inbox agents, and internal operations bots.
• Build robust APIs and web applications, including authentication, role-based access, and real-time dashboards.
• Integrate with CRMs, calendars, email systems, and various third-party APIs.
• Design and implement reliable automation workflows.
• Work with advanced AI technologies including vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), PDF parsing, scraping pipelines, and structured data exports.
• Ensure high quality through comprehensive testing, monitoring, and performance optimization in production environments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development.
• 2-6 years of experience building web applications and APIs using TypeScript/Node.js and Python.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling with experience in Postgres/Supabase, including transactions, indexes, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and handling OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and background job queues.
• Proficiency in front-end development with React/Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Postgres/Supabase, REST/GraphQL, and OAuth flows.
• Comfort working with LLM tooling (e.g., OpenAI API), embeddings, vector databases, and RAG patterns.
• Experience with n8n/Make.com, Airtable/HubSpot, PDF processing, web scraping, and WebSockets is a plus.
• Strong software development expertise with a focus on creating scalable and maintainable code.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an on-site team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
