This intermediate-level position focuses on establishing and implementing new or revised application systems. You will collaborate with technology teams to drive applications system analysis and programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage development procedures to identify necessary system enhancements, utilizing script tools for code analysis.
  
• Collaborate with users and clients on issues while recommending solutions and supporting customer exposure systems.
  
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages (Java/React) for design specifications.
  
• Analyze applications for vulnerabilities, conduct testing, debugging, and security assessments.
  
• Mentor new or lower-level analysts as an advisor or coach.
  
• Evaluate information to implement effective technical solutions with limited supervision.
  
• Assess risk regarding business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and protecting the firm's reputation.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
  
• Solid intermediate-level background in Applications Development.
  
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Java.
  
• Knowledge of enterprise-level architecture for web services, data, and application layers.
  
• Experience managing projects with ownership over technical decisions
  
• Familiarity with dependency management, CI/CD tools, and audit/compliance requirements.
  
• Deep understanding of software engineering and object-oriented design.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
