About the Role
Join Traction Shastra as a Full Stack Developer Intern. This is an audition-based role where your code serves as your resume, not just paperwork.
The Offer
- Duration: 3 months (with potential for full-time conversion)
- Stipend: ₹3,000 per month
- Location: Malad (West), Mumbai — Hybrid remote model available
Your Impact
You will ship real code to live products. Expect no sandbox isolation; your work impacts actual users and business logic.
Tech Stack & Responsibilities
- Build clean, responsive frontends using HTML/CSS/JS frameworks like React or Next.js compatible with various devices.
- Develop robust backends (Node.js) handling real database operations for Indian businesses.
- Integrate AI models to automate document processing and Q&A workflows.
- Create integrations connecting platforms to existing business tools.
Ideal Candidate
You should be comfortable with the HTML/CSS/JS holy trinity, possess knowledge of at least one frontend framework, understand backend logic (Node.js + SQL), and have proficiency in Git. We welcome those who experiment with AI APIs or side projects.
