Full Job Description
Knowbal Migration is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer specializing in Integration and Automation to enhance operational efficiency across our business systems. This role will focus on developing internal automation solutions, particularly within CRM, internal workflows, and integrations between various internal tools and external third-party platforms. The ideal candidate will possess robust full-stack JavaScript development expertise, including Node.js, API development, integration architecture, and workflow automation. This position also requires the ability to guide a team and champion technical excellence to streamline processes across sales, operations, and support functions.
Responsibilities:
Automation & Process Optimisation
Design and implement automation solutions for internal business processes, with a focus on CRM workflows, lead management, and operational systems. Identify manual tasks across teams and develop automation pipelines to boost efficiency and reduce overhead. Build workflows for automated data movement, notifications, approvals, and reporting. Implement event-driven or scheduled automation pipelines to support operational scalability.
CRM & Business System Integrations
Develop and maintain integrations connecting CRM platforms with other internal systems like marketing tools, finance systems, customer support platforms, and internal dashboards. Create APIs and services for seamless data synchronization. Implement automation for lead routing, data enrichment, reporting, and internal task management. Integrate with third-party systems using OAuth, API keys, or token-based authentication. Ensure secure API communication and manage authentication across multiple platforms.
Full Stack/ Backend Development
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices that support automation workflows. Utilize databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL systems for data storage and processing. Design and maintain data pipelines for smooth data flow between CRM and business platforms. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API integrations using OAuth2 and token-based security models.
Technical Leadership
Lead the architecture and implementation of automation and integration solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices in development, security, and deployment. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and well-documented.
System Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor and maintain integration pipelines and automation workflows. Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure reliable system performance. Continuously optimize automation systems for speed, reliability, and scalability. Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting for integration services and APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of development experience with strong JavaScript expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend development.
- Extensive experience in API development and third-party integrations.
- Proven experience with CRM systems and automation workflows.
- Solid understanding of databases, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
- Experience building internal tools, automation pipelines, or integration services.
- Proficiency in authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, or token-based authentication.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating with CRM platforms like Zoho or similar.
- Experience with workflow automation tools or integration platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Exposure to data analytics or reporting integrations.
