Full Stack Developer - Founding Team Opportunity

About the Company & Role

A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is establishing its founding India team. In partnership with Flexiple, we are seeking talented Full Stack Developers to build across our entire product surface. You will move fluidly between frontend and backend development to ship complete features directly impacting users.

As a core member of the founding team in India, you will own user-facing features end-to-end. Your responsibility spans from designing database schemas and APIs to crafting polished, responsive UIs that delight our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully Stack Development: Build responsive, modern web applications using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular for the frontend.

• Backend Engineering: Design and implement robust APIs and data models that power your UIs. Use Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.

• End-to-End Ownership: Own a feature from technical design through to deployment and ongoing monitoring of performance metrics.

• Collaboration & Delivery: Partner closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into working software. Write comprehensive automated tests for both frontend and backend layers.

• Maintenance: Proactively fix bugs, optimize performance, and address issues reported by users or monitoring tools.
