About The Role

Talemexa is looking for an experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer based in India to take product features from concept to production across frontend, backend, and database layers. The ideal candidate will have practical experience building modern web applications, developing APIs, managing databases, and supporting deployment workflows.

In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable, and maintainable software for our growing client base in India. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and can balance technical quality with delivery timelines within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Frontend Interfaces: Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript for diverse client projects in India.
• Build Backend Services: Develop and maintain backend applications and business logic using Node.js, Java, Python, or other suitable technologies tailored to our clients' needs.
• Design and Integrate APIs: Create, document, test, and maintain REST APIs that connect frontend applications with backend services and third-party platforms securely.
• Manage Databases: Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and maintain data integrity across SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB used in our production environments.
• Handle Database Migrations: Plan and implement database schema changes and migrations while minimizing disruption to existing applications deployed in India.
• Write Automated Tests: Develop unit, integration, and other automated tests to improve application quality and reduce defects across the stack.
• Optimize Application Performance: Identify bottlenecks and improve frontend responsiveness, backend processing, and database efficiency for high-traffic applications.
• Support Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy applications, monitor production performance, investigate errors, and help maintain system reliability in our infrastructure.
• Use Docker and CI/CD: Work with containerization and automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery for Indian enterprises.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code while following established engineering standards adopted by our team.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features that meet business requirements for local clients.
• Take End-to-End Ownership: Manage assigned features from initial planning and development through testing, release, and post-deployment support within the India time zone context.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. We are seeking professionals with 3–6 years of professional full stack development experience based in India or working remotely for our Indian office.

You must have strong working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and practical experience with React or Angular for frontend development. Experience developing backend applications using Node.js, Java, or Python is essential. A good understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture is required.

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization, is mandatory. Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows is expected. Experience with automated testing, debugging, and application deployment in production environments is necessary.

You should have a solid understanding of web security, responsive design, and software development best practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills are critical for success. A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of features and deliver results within our Indian market context is highly valued.
