Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer for a US-headquartered product company scaling its India engineering hub. You will join Flexiple's managed marketplace ecosystem to build high-impact features across our client platform surface, moving fluidly between frontend and backend technologies.

Role Overview

In this position, you will own user-facing features end-to-end, architecting database schemas, designing robust APIs, building responsive UIs with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), and ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate directly with product managers and designers to translate requirements into shipping software.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build comprehensive features from data model through deployed UI using modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks (Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Feature Ownership: Take charge of a feature's lifecycle: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with product and design teams to deliver working software that meets user needs.
• Quality Assurance: Write automated tests for both frontend and backend layers, fix bugs promptly, and resolve performance issues identified by users or monitoring tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals with 2 to 6 years of experience building full-stack web applications. You should be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript alongside a strong backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java), comfortable owning features from concept to deployment, and possess clear written and spoken English skills suitable for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with component libraries or design systems.
• Experience deploying applications to the cloud using CI/CD pipelines.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer- or business-facing products.
